How are orders shipped?
Once your order is successfully placed, it will be confirmed within 2 hours, and you will receive an email containing the order details.
After confirmation, we will ship the order within 1 business day. Currently, our warehouse processes shipments Monday through Friday.
I purchased multiple items; will they arrive at the same time?
We ensure that all items are delivered together. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items have been dispatched.
Can I change the shipping address after the package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping details once the items are in transit. However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and re-order with the correct information.
Important Notes:
If a customer cancels an order more than 1 hour after placing it, they are responsible for any return shipping costs that may arise.
If a package is lost or unrecoverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer bears the loss; jisulifeu will not provide a replacement or a refund.
