Replacement Mesh Back Panel (Original Style)

This is our original style Mesh Back Panel. It is used to add tension to our Arc style backpack frames. and to help maintain a gap for air flow against your back.

This will fit all Arc style backpacks. and can be retrofitted on old or new packs. It is made form our 3.5 oz/sqyd (119 g/m2) pocket mesh. The holes are a little larger than 1/8 (about 4 mm) and they allow very good airflow.

This mesh doesn’t stretch as much as the that are currently shipped on all Arc packs. Some customers prefer the more firm pocket mesh. and increased airflow compared to Lycra. Other customers prefer the more soft and stretchy Lycra that is now our default.
